Carmelite Shrines

This is going to be a great day! We will first enjoy a walking tour of the Carmelite Shrines in Munster Indiana. We will be lead through the gardens and grottos by one of the Carmelite monks who upkeep the gardens from the our Lady of Mount Carmel monastic order. The gardens are truly a site to behold with trees, flowers, stones, crystals and sculpture. The tour will also include a stop at the historic church, monastery and gift shop. After our awe inspiring tour, we will enjoy a delicious fmaily style chicken dinner prepared at the monastery.
