DESCRIPTION:Enter the VVAC “Scarecrow September” kids coloring contest! Coloring pages can be picked up at the VVAC and Tony Bettenhausen Recreation Center on August 16. Entries are due by Thursday\, September 5. Winners will be announced September 9 and are notified by phone. The contest is open to children ages 4-13 years old. The best picture in each age group receives a goodie bag and their entries displayed at the VVAC from September 10 – 28. Entries must be submitted/returned to the VVAC or Tony Bettenhausen Recreation Center. All entries must have participants name\, age and contact phone number printed on the picture. (All contact info will be removed when displayed.)
