Exhibits are open to the public at no charge and feature all handmade items. \nVendors – TICKET Spaces are roughly 8 feet by 6 feet\, if you feel you need more space\, please secure an additional spot. Any space in the middle of a room cannot have a display over 5 feet\, so please make sure you request a wall space if you feel your display will be too high. A limited number of tables will be available and must be requested at time of booking. Once spaces are assigned we cannot make any changes. We do not guarantee any crafter a certain space. Set-up time will begin at 7:30am and more information will be mailed a few weeks before the fair.

Calls are made starting December 1st between 5 and 8pm\, until all calls are made. Participants must register at the Park District office between November 15 and 30 by completing one of Santa’s special calling forms.
