Summer Day Camp
We have day camp options for early childhood, grades 1 to 7 and grades 7 -10. Each camp features age-appropriate fun, games, activities and field trips. Park District Resident registration for 2024 day camps begins at 9:00 am on February 17, 2024! Online registration for the day camps is available.  Â
In-person registration lottery:
- 8:30 am – tickets are passed out
- 8:55 am – drawing is done
- Arrivals after 8:55 am will be at the end of the line in order of Arrival
Non-resident registration begins Monday, February 19 at 9:00 am. Â

Early Childhood Camps
Tot Camps – Firefly or Little Sprouts Our Tot Camps are designed to give our youngest campers a fun-filled day of adventures! Weekly themes focus on creativity, independence and friendship while providing many hands-on opportunities. Each day campers engage in indoor and outdoor activities, in-house visitors and splash pad days are part of this fun adventure. Participants must be able to use the bathroom independently. There is a multi-child discount for Tot Camp-Firefly and Tot Camp- Little Sprouts.
Firefly
$10 off a 4-week registration and $15 off an 8-week registration for the second or more campers enrolled in a summer day camp program.
Little Sprouts
Tot Camp-Little Sprouts-$5 off a 4-week registration and $10 off an 8-week registration for the second or more camper enrolled in a summer day camp program.
Day Camp, Sunrise & Sunset Camps
Summer Day Camp is for fall campers entering grades 1-7. Campers enjoy various activities, games, crafts, science, swimming, field trips and special events. Campers are separated into age-appropriate groups led by two to four highly trained camp counselors. We do not accept friendship requests for camp groups. There is a multi-child discount of $15 off a 4-week registration and $30 off an 8-week registration for both McCarthy Park and Vogt Woods camps. There is a $15 discount for a second child in Sunrise and Sunset camps.Â
Teen Camps
Are you looking for a fun way to spend your summer vacation? Teen Camp is it! Each day is filled with new and exciting activities, from video game tournaments to hands-on cooking/crafts or sports. Each week includes tons of games, sports and other awesome activities. We have something for you. Grab a friend and register today! Camp paperwork needs to be completed at the time of registration. Discount of $20 on a 2-week session for an additional child and $60 off an 8-week session.
Discount applies to families with campers in Tot Camp, Day Camp and Teen Camp. Multi-child discount applies to the lowest fee.
