Unplug Illinois, a program of the Illinois Park & Recreation Association, helps you unplug from technology and plug into activity, adventure, creativity, family and nature. Unplugging has been shown to help improve your quality of life, help you feel more recharged every day, help you sleep better, and improve your interpersonal communication skills.
Will it be swimming at White Water Canyon, miniature golf at Tinley Junction Mini-Golf and Batting Cages, biking, walking, picnics, playgrounds…or maybe just relaxing and unwinding? Whatever your preference, Tinley Park-Park District is your place to leave technology behind and Plug into FUN!

Join us on July 13 for our 5th annual Unplug Illinois Event!
This year’s event includes games, crafts, sidewalk chalk, raffles and more. Pick up your exploration bingo card to participate in our summer-long game. The bingo cards can be returned by September 5, and winners will be announced on September 6.
